Blair Lee is a native Floridian who grew up in Palm Beach County and has been active in real estate for over 33 years. Blairs career began in June 1990 for Callaway & Price, Inc., an established leader in the commercial real estate appraising field whose headquarters are located in Jupiter, Florida. As a commercial appraiser/consultant, Blair was able to value various types of properties all over the State of Florida. During this time, he gained extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and obtained the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute.
In 2005, Blair was recruited as Vice-President of Acquisitions for Ashkenazy & Agus Ventures, LLC, a private real estate development/investment firm in Boca Raton. While working with this firm, we successfully acquired $300 million + portfolio, which included both commercial and multifamily properties throughout the United States. In 2009, Mr. Lee branched out on his own and founded Lighthouse Realty Services, Inc., a full-service real estate firm that specializes in commercial real estate brokerage, valuation/consultation, and acquisitions. Also, Mr. Lee has worked with Ibis Development in Miami and Summit Development. These are private real estate groups that specialized in sourcing bank notes, foreclosures, distressed properties, and commercial development opportunities.
Mr. Lee graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Business Management in 1990. He is a licensed real estate appraiser and broker in the State of Florida as well as a designated MAI with the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Lee is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) and a member of the Realtors of Broward Palm Beaches St. Lucie. He is a current board member and Secretary for the East Coast District for the Florida CCIM Chapter, 2023-2024 ICSC Florida Leadership Talent Director and Executive board member for the Renegades of Real Estate.
In his personal life, Blair is married to Susan and between them we have four children, Hannah, Lauren, Colby and Hunter. He volunteers for several charitable organizations. In his free time, Blair enjoys traveling, music concerts, boating, college football games, golf, and outdoor activities.
