Frost Weaver formed Weaver Realty Group in 1994 with a focus on providing full-service property management and maintenance for commercial properties in Northeast Florida. He has extensive experience in all facets of real estate including development, asset management, consulting, and court appointed receiverships. Frost has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of income properties exceeding $250 million. These properties include shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, self-storage and land. The company currently manages a portfolio of over 2,000,000 square feet.

Chris Weaver
Chris Weaver joined Weaver Realty Group in 2012 as Director of Operations and was appointed President of the company in January 2017. Activities include overseeing day to day operations, tenant and capital improvements projects, quality control management, and vendor management, monitoring productivity, and most importantly ensuring the company meets client satisfaction. He is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified General Contractor, LEED Accredited Professional, and has also successfully completed the FMI Leadership and Bell Leadership development programs.
Prior to joining Weaver Realty Group, Chris was a Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction. He has experience in commercial, civil, military, and residential construction.
Activities included overall project oversight, financial reporting, budget management, material analysis, and construction scheduling. He has managed several large construction projects totaling $212 million in value.
